Jon Benjamin, Esq.

I am the proud owner of Benjamin Law Practice, PLLC. After graduating from Boston University and working as a Litigation paralegal for 5 years, I attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL and graduated with distinction, earning multiple awards such as Best Advocate in a Preliminary Round Award and Second Place Team Award (American Association for Justice, 2010 Civil Trial Competition at Stetson), the Blews Pro Bono Award, and the Stetson University College of Law Leadership Certificate. I learned invaluable litigation skills which carried over as a practicing attorney.

I am now a Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial and Residential Foreclosure defense, HOA Foreclosure Defense, Consumer Collection Defense, Real Estate Litigation, Bankruptcy, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. I always look for ways to aggressively represent client and dismiss cases. I have been very successful as my results and testimonials reflect thank God.

I have decided to take on a limited number of clients so I can devote much needed time and attention to each case. I am a former bank attorney, so I bring a unique perspective to defense work, especially foreclosure defense and know how the other side thinks and litigates. I am known as an aggressive and trustworthy litigator and will always be available for my clients with any issues or questions they may have. I enjoy the partnership with clients and will bring a personal and professional approach to the attorney-client representation. I have worked for big firms in the past and wish to bring a more personal touch to the attorney-client representation.

I am a proud husband and have very strong spiritual beliefs. I work very hard for our clients and believe it is my duty to aggressively represent each and every client as I would a family member.
